How It Works:

Send Us Your Video:
  Content: Videos can include anything from your product demonstrations to creative uses—whatever showcases PAC-PEN micro tools (cutters, alphabet stamps, etc.) in action!

  Quality: Ensure your video is clear, well-lit. Editing or cutting is welcome, but please avoid adding text or overlays—this allows us to repurpose the video for our own content.
  Old Videos Are Welcome: Previously shared videos (even on your own social media) are absolutely fine!

  Technical Requirements: Videos should not exceed 500MB, should be a maximum of 1080p resolution, and should be no longer than 3 minutes.

How to Get Paid for Your Video​

• If we decide to use your video, we’ll pay £5 in reward points (equivalent to 500 points). Please note that we’ll need some time to decide if it’s a good fit for our social media. If we decide to use your video, we will let you know by email and the points will be added to your account within 48 hours. Loyalty points can be redeemed easily at checkout, and now, with our updated system, you can use as few as 100 points! However, if you don’t hear back from us, it means we haven’t saved your video and won’t be using it. 

• To ensure we can credit your account correctly, we’ll need your name and email to locate your customer profile in our database. If you’re already registered, it’s best to use the email you typically use for your previous orders. This way, the points can be seamlessly added to your existing balance.

• Video Rights: By accepting payment in reward points, you grant us full rights to use it across our social media platforms, in ads, and for marketing purposes. We’ll tag and credit you, ensuring your work gets the recognition it deserves.
